ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Act as a point of contact for customers, consultants and partners requiring application support.
  • Research, analyze and troubleshoot all incoming case and service requests.
  • Provide solutions in complex environments for specific product areas.
  • Write troubleshooting guides, KBAs and other support-related documentation.
  • Proactively communicate customer status, concerns and issues to appropriate management team.
  • Update support case tracking system to provide accurate and current documentation of issues.
  • Provide on-call support during weekend, on rotation-basis or when scheduled.
  • Report errors to development organizations.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analysis and Systems Development or related field required.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with relational databases (preferably SAP HANA or MSSQL).
  • Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems troubleshooting.
  • Experience with programing languages (preferably C#,VB.Net, JavaScript, SQL).
  • Experience with Web Application Servers (e.g. Apache, IIS, Ngix).
  • Highly motivated, self-taught.
